West Rogers Park Launches New Indoor Winter Farmers Market at Emmanuel Lutheran Church

West Rogers Park residents looking for fresh local produce during the cold winter months now have a new option with the launch of an indoor farmers market at Emmanuel Lutheran Church. The new market, which opened on November 15, 2025, features two levels of vendors offering seasonal produce, artisanal foods, and handcrafted items from regional producers.

The indoor market provides a warm gathering place for community members while supporting local farmers and food artisans who work within a 200-mile radius of West Rogers Park. Vendors offer a variety of winter produce, freshly baked goods, craft beers, and specialty items that would typically be unavailable after traditional outdoor markets close for the season. "This indoor market allows us to continue providing access to sustainable, regionally produced foods year-round," said market coordinator Lisa Ramirez.

West Rogers Park residents are encouraged to visit the new indoor market each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through March 2026. Shoppers can bring reusable bags to help reduce waste and are welcome to sign up for the market's newsletter to receive updates on special events, including planned cooking demonstrations and children's activities throughout the winter season.
