Holiday Mercadito Market Returns to West Rogers Park's Camino Clark District with Expanded Vendor Lineup

West Rogers Park's vibrant Camino Clark district is preparing for an expanded Holiday Mercadito Market on December 7, 2025, following the overwhelming success of last month's craft fair. The festive event, organized by the Rogers Park Business Alliance, will take place at their GROW/PROGRESANDO entrepreneurial training center at 7056 N. Clark Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring over 30 local artisans and small businesses.
The December market builds on November's popular event with additional vendors, expanded gift-wrapping services, and traditional seasonal refreshments including Ponche (warm fruit punch) donated by local business La Casa Vieja. "Our first Mercadito exceeded expectations, so we're thrilled to offer residents another opportunity to support local entrepreneurs during the holiday season," said Maria Sanchez, Camino Clark district coordinator. The market continues celebrations within West Rogers Park's state-designated Mexican Cultural District that spans from Howard Street to Devon Avenue.
Residents shopping at the Mercadito can also participate in the neighborhood's annual 'Live Love Shop Rogers Park' rebate program, running through December 31. Community members who collect receipts totaling
