New Winter Market Series to Launch at Warren Park Field House in West Rogers Park

West Rogers Park residents will soon gain access to fresh, local products throughout the winter months with the announcement of a new indoor market series at Warren Park Field House. The seasonal initiative, starting Sunday, December 14, will transform the park's community space into a vibrant marketplace featuring local vendors, artisans, and food producers from across the Chicago area.

The series builds upon the success of the popular Glenwood Sunday Market, which operates in Rogers Park during warmer months but concludes its outdoor season in late October. Organizers have recruited a diverse array of vendors offering winter produce, handcrafted goods, prepared foods, and specialty items. The new market will operate on a bi-weekly schedule through March 2026, providing West Rogers Park families with consistent access to locally-sourced products during Chicago's coldest months. Community members are encouraged to bring reusable bags and can expect additional programming including cooking demonstrations, winter gardening workshops, and family activities throughout the season.
